How long have you been in business?
Lionberger Construction was established in 1950.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide commercial construction services for projects ranging from $10,000 to $10M. We enjoy both renovation and new construction projects.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The company was founded by S. Lewis Lionberger and has remained a family owned firm. The current CEO, Sam Lionberger, III, is Lewis's grandson and is the third generation managing the company.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We feel our attention to details and our committment to deliver the highest value to our client's needs differentiate us from our competitors. We define value as the intersection of price, quaility and time. We are also proud that our many of our field staff are second and third generation employees.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are located in Roanoke, Virginia and do not anticipate opening another office anytime soon.

Jobsite hours are typically 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Office Hours are 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.
