How long have you been in business?
In America I've been in business for 7 years and in England I was in business for 10 years
What is your primary product or service?
We specialize in organic hair color and corrective hair color.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I felt passionately about the hair industry since I was 11 years old.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We work appointments only so we can submerge ourselves into the specific clients needs. We only service one client at any one time. We take great pride in what we do and how we accomplish it.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location at present. We have moved location 3 times in 5 years as we needed more space. We are constantly upgrading and increasing the services we have to offer in the salon.

What type of payments do you accept?
Personal checks, business checks and cash. We no longer accept debit or credit cards so we can keep our prices affordable.

We currently have clients from Salem, Roanoke and surrounding areas, West Virginia, Pensylvania and North Carolina

We are available for appointments Monday through Saturday, early until late.
